Key Responsibilities:
 Ongoing liaison with allied organizations (Australian Consulate-General in
 Shanghai, State Govt. Offices, CPA Australia, key corporate partners, etc.).
 Continued engagement of ACAA’s existing network in the region, and
implementing strategies to increase the number of corporate sponsors /
members in the region.
 Organizing and hosting regular alumni events in the region.
 Fostering and working with local working committee and volunteer committee.
 Working with existing university partners to engage with their alumni in the
region.
 Working with corporate partners to provide career advice, job matching to alumni

 规划和组织当地活动
 建立和开展当地工作委员会和志愿者的工作
 帮助澳洲院校加强其与当地毕业生的联系
 与企业合作向毕业生提供实习就业机会

Selection Criteria:
 Bachelor degree or above from an Australian university (highly desired).
 Native English speaker for the Beijing position is preferred; Opportunity exists
also for Native Chinese with full working proficiency in English
 Understanding of the Australian education environment, alumni needs as well as
the needs from the business community in the region.
 Minimum of 3 years professional work experience.
 Demonstrated ability to make strategic plan, work independently and take
initiative.
 Self motivated and result driven.
 experience with a membership-based organization is an advantage
 Must be flexible to attend some evening and weekend functions.
