To lead and manage the semiconductor assembly and test operations in Kaohsiung to ensure timely shipment of product, excellent quality, cost competitive and good customer services.

1. Managing factory resources including direct/indirect labor, machine & materials to overcome issue, bottle neck process, optimization of resources.

2. Improvement on process, quality, machine capability, and developing new process

3. Communication with Division to execute direction and strategies

4. Quality system upgrade and maintenance

5. Budgeting capital requirement per market planning, identifying new packages opportunities and capacity expansion opportunity

6. Identify cost saving project
