Job Duties:

• The appointee oversees the operations and management of the departments under Operations Division for providing safe, pollution-free, and efficient ship operations with compliance with applicable rules and regulations;
• Responsible for resources planning and management of the Division including deployment of vessels as well as officers and crew.
• Implementation and reviewing the effectiveness of the Safety and Quality Management Systems in the Division for adherence to the requirements of ISM Code, Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance and ISO standard.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate has strong management, leadership and execution skills;
• Minimum of 15 years of management experience with 8 years in senior capacity in maritime industry;
• Extensive shipboard operation knowledge in high speed craft preferably;
• Possessing relevant professional qualifications are added advantages;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
