Responsibilities will include but not be limited to -
Leading all block and chip level Physical Design activities from conception to tapeout, including floorplanning, P&R, STA, RV and LV
Primary interface with Front End design team for design schedule alignment and physical design feedback
Physical design technical leadership by guiding and driving the PD team with innovative design closure solutions
Expertise in RTL-to-GDSII flow, Package integration, simulations and sign-off
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
15+ years of relevant work experience in Physical Design
10+ years of people management experience, with experience building teams and capable of attracting and motivating talent
Preferred qualifications:
Expertise in Physical Design execution of partitions/subsystems/SoC with full ownership from synthesis to timing.
Experience in all Physical Design Activities like: Fullchip Timing, Clocking, PDN (Power Delivery Network), STA (Static timing analysis)
Good understanding and exposure of overall SoC implementation including packaging, yield analysis, SI and system issues.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
