The appointee will be responsible for providing strong leadership in all aspect of developments of Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE). He/she will take up the strategic role of coordinating the various programmes offered by LIFE; working closely with other Departments within the University to enhance the quality assurance mechanism for courses; upgrading the teaching and learning environment; and collaborating with other institutions and organizations (both local and overseas) in offering a wide range of quality courses and programmes to meet the diverse learning and professional development needs of the society.

Requirements
Applicants should have a higher degree, preferably a doctorate, and relevant working experience in the higher education sector. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate his/her ability to provide academic and administrative leadership in driving the long-term development of LIFE, and possess demonstrated expertise in programme development and promotion of sub-degree, postgraduate, and continuing education programmes. He/she should have an excellent command of both English and Chinese (including Putonghua), outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and strong management and organization skills.

Salary and Benefits
