We are looking for an accomplished program manager who is dedicated to delivering high-quality products that result in an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage various high-impact, cross-team projects that impact all of our customers. You will provide leadership across multiple software teams, streamline processes, manage complex projects to completion, evaluate feedback, and help define future initiatives. You will need to manage interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. You will be the key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally and externally. You will have the opportunity to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches. You will work with engineering to assess risks and identify timely solutions to the achievement of program goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications essential for us:
� Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
� 10+ years of experience in program management
� Experience in taking products from conception to production.
� Hand-on knowledge of FPGA design tools
� Software release lifecycle management
Preferred Qualifications:
� Familiarity with functional safety (FuSa) requirements and ISO 26262
� Experience in agile development processes
� Expertise in C++/C, Java, and Python

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
