Director of R&D for T&M in Taiwan

Job Description

• Lead a cross-discipline engineering team in Taiwan from the front in developing FLIR Test & Measurement and infrared camera products
• Establish and ensure a continuous improvement culture within the team
• Collaboration with Business Development and Product Management in the United States to develop the product roadmaps
• Be an active member of a global R&D Management Team, VP of global R&D is placed out of Sweden.

Minimum Qualifications

• MS degree in Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of work experience in a role as a Director of R&D or equivalent
• 5 years of work experience of Lean development or production
• 5 years of work experience of collaborating with Product Management
• 5 years of work experience of collaborating with ODM suppliers
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbally and written
