Position Description: This is a general management role across multiple functional areas covering eight regional distribution centers. An excellent opportunity to join a progressive MNC 3PL in an influential role.

Geographical Coverage: Guangzhou Zhongshan Nanning Chengdu GZ Bonded Kunming

Hong Kong

Reporting to: General Manager, Greater China, this company's top person in China

Organizational Headcount: 1000+ in Greater China, 800 in S. China region, 400 direct/indirect employees and 400 temporary staff

Years Experience required: 7+ operational & management experience, ideally with 3-5 years regional management covering multiple DCs

Languages: Fluent English, Mandarin

Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Travel Required: 10-20%

Timeline for hiring: ASAP

Direct Reports: 16 direct reports in multiple functions: operations, HR & admin, finance, IT, Business Development, CS, transport, and client management, about 800 indirect reports

Essential: 3PL operation experience, solutions know-how, general management experience across multiple functions, and people leadership

Desired experience: General management experience across multiple functions (P&L, HR, operations, sales, customer service, etc.).
