Job Title: Director, Strategic Partner Sales Enablement, Asia

Summary of Position Responsibilities:
This is a highly collaborative position, requiring intense networking and influencing. Indeed, for this role to be truly successful, timely, open, and effective communications is essential. Key stakeholders for these lines of communications include the Key Accounts sales teams (respectively at Siemens and Bentley), Bentley PAT (Products Advancement) teams, and marketing teams. The focus of the communications is to prepare the go to market, and support upcoming opportunities popping up in identified market.
- Establish strong communications lines with the DCV's. The goal of this position is to empower our respective sales teams, and enable them for succes
- Develop a solid revenues for selected solutions streams.
- Performance will be measured as a mix of KPIs and actual revenues targets.
Qualification, critical:
- Education: Business and/or engineering degree (bachelor or master's degree)
- Experience: 10 years +
- Excellent networker, this is fundamental within the strategic partnership organization.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to promote / cheerlead / evangelize
- Guide the creation of GTM and marketing material
- Interest in (ideally experience with) managing complex sales opportunities
- Willingness and confidence to get outside of own comfort zone to create opportunities
- Full time role
- Willing to travel extensively (50%)
