Job Description
The Taiwan Sales Director of the Centralized Sales Team will be responsible for driving dramatic sales growth within their team though personal leadership and their own sales expertise.
Team Leader Responsibility:
Review and work daily sales opportunities with Inside sales team.
Strategize on actions to book lost business on next quote.
Point person for all elevations.
Establish formal Quarterly Business Reviews for all Inside sales and
Ensure those quote strategies are communicated through the Cover Sheet.
Review all quotes with the Service Executives prior to responding to the customer.
Ensure quote follow-up occurs and evaluate lost business with CSE
Manage quote schedules to ensure that the quote is returned on time.
Backlog management:
Ensure that weekly backlog reviews are conducted with the Service Executive and CSA.
Escalate delivery issues with local manufacturer representatives and Product marketing.
Maintain strong relationships with local Manufacturer Representatives, Suppliers, SAMs, GSMs, and GMs.
Work with the Inside Sales team to achieve the established budget.
Communicate and coordinate vacation schedule to ensure proper account coverage at all times.
Act as an escalation point for customers in conjunction with Customer Service and drive the escalation request to address service issues where necessary.
Develop a strong rapport with customers, suppliers and corporate personnel who can impact business.
Participate in strategy sessions, such as those for large quotes, BOM analysis, account reviews, etc.
Coordinate training programs within the group.
Performance reviews to be filled out annually.
Monitor talk time.
Monitor number of accounts assigned.

Education:
University Degree Preferred
Experience:
7+ years of electronics industry experience in a fast paced sales environment and track record of achievement.
