What you will be doing:

  • Assess organizational needs, develop aligned human resource solutions and implement strategies in the areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, recognition, administration, and colleague wellness
  • Ensure a positive living environment for our colleagues by working with the Colleague Accommodaiton department
  • Assist departmental leaders and senior management with the development of specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in colleague feedback
  • Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous human recourses leadership experience, at least 3 years required
  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
  • CHRP designation preferred, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cohesively as a team
