Act as a mediator or any agency related conflicts.  As an effective and efficient communicator between company & agency force

Work closely with other departments (ie. Compensation, Sales Support, Sales Admin, Sales Academy,  Life Operations &  CSV) to resolve agents related matters/issues/appeals

To develop and lead BDE and Admin Support in daily operation.
