The Role: Director, Americas Go-To-Market The Next47 GTM (Go to Market) team exists to accelerate Founders’ ground-breaking ideas into reality, shape the industry leaders of the future, and position Next47 as the new standard for venture capital firms. As the Director – Americas GTM, you will be part of the Next47 GTM leadership team. You will be responsible for managing a team of high performing Enterprise sales people that build relationships with Fortune 500 companies and help to close deals for the Next47 portfolio of companies. Responsibilities: Manage a growing team of Enterprise Account Executives Driving revenue for Next47 portfilio companies within named account territories. Recruiting, training, developing a team of Enterprise sales people. Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management Coordinate and manage weekly and monthly one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing Collaborate closely with Next47 Inside Sales leadership to advance the careers of the Inside Sales team. Support the Investment team in communicating the value that the GTM team brings to our investments. Your qualification and experience 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with 2+ years in management A Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA a strong plus Strategic thinker and proven experience and skill in interacting with C-Levels of different industries, and experience evangelize new technologies Proven experience in hiring, developing, and leading highly functioning sales teams that consistently acheieve and exceed targets Demonstrated experience in building and and rolling out excellent onboarding experiences that accelerate new hire ramp to productivity Proven track record in driving revenue growth and expansion of customer base for technology based companies Affinity to technological trends and motivation to shape something new Ability to work in complex, global organizational setups, whilst understanding the specific needs of a startup Ability to work in a proactive and self-determined way Excellent communication skills and team orientation A force multiplier who can engage and inspire people Strong strategic thinking and proven strategy development and implementation capabilities Ability to work in and with multiple cultures due to the international character of the function Success metrics will include, but are not limited to: Revenue driven to Next47 portfolio companies Number of deals driven to Next47 portfolio companies NPS score of the portfolio companies Location Remote US Organization: Next47 Company: Next47 Inc.
