Job Responsibility:

1. Lead an analytical research and development team to conduct R&D activities in early phase;

2. Ensure the team to meet the preset objectives by BU head;

3. Build an analytical research and development team including planning, recruiting, coaching, leadership training for staff and manages, provide technical guidance and evaluate new technologies in the field to enhance capabilities

4. Interaction with clients and other units to provide expertise in analytical chemistry that meets the expected quality and within the desired timelines and budget

Requirements:

1. Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry or related sciences with 10+ industry experience in analytical R&D and team management;

2. Tractable record and wealth experience in leading industry role in analytical chemistry in early phase drug discovery;

3. Expert in modern analytical instruments and methods, especially in LC, MS and NMR;

4. Target driven, self-motivated and energetic;

5. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English;
