Establish and oversee a comprehensive athletics program for the entire school.
Hire, support, and supervise the performance of coaches.
Arrange inter-school competitions and represent the school in athletic associations.
Ensure the safety of students and adherence to school protocols during external activities.
Oversee the maintenance of facilities, budget management, and equipment safety.
Manage the practice and competition schedules for all athletics teams.
Collaborate with academic leadership in the execution of the athletics program.
Promote the well-being of student-athletes, encouraging sportsmanship and a balance between academics and athletics.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management or related discipline; 
5+ years experience leading/coordinating athletics programs;
Experience in planning multi-athletic, multi-sport events;
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills.
