1. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a role of either Conference Services or Catering Sales experience in a luxury

hotel property.

2. Working knowledge of food and beverage operations and catering operations required.

3. Must have mathematical skills, computer software aptitude and some hotel operation knowledge.
