Job Description
*This position can be located at any U.S. Siemens Healthineers location** Director of Commission- Responsibilities: Oversee administration of compensation plans and commission payments for Sales employees for Invivo and Invitro Business as well as administration of Agent Plans Ensuring all plan participants are paid accurately and on time and track performance versus plan for commissions Manage and develop and motivate a team commissions analysts Build strong relationships with the Sales leadership team and provide clear explanations of sales commission development and processing. Make and support recommendations to drive business in alignment with Company strategy; evaluate and analyze results of special incentive programs; assist in developing new metrics that help measure success Partner with IT, CFI , and CSC to improve and/or automate steps in the process to enable accurate data and reduce cycle time and implement upgrades or changes to Varicent( commission processing system). Interact and effectively communicate with Sales partners, Marketing, IT and Finance. To ensure internal controls for sales commissions are conducted to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll transactions. Manage the Variable Pay policy and recommend timely changes that aligns with the business need Drive the disputes to resolution by timely presenting the issues to SCC( sales-Service Commission Committee) and effectively communicating the results to the employee who raised dispute. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required (finance or business administration preferred) 5 + years of managerial experience, in some of the following areas: financial planning and analysis, accounting and internal controls. Functional finance experience is a plus (e.g. marketing, sales, operations, etc.) Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other systems Excellent presentation skills with ability to influence others and communicate complex topics Excellent problem solving skills with strong attention to detail Experience with Varicent( or commission processing tool) and SAP preferred *LI-WC1 Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc.
