Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for owning communications of American Teacher group including but not limited to set up our positioning, elaborate our policies, address teachers’ questions/concerns and promote our values.

Job Description:
1. Build our brand strategy and establish the message house to attract our targeted group of actual teachers in North America.
2. Lead a team of communication specialists to own the messaging of American Teacher group and supervise the execution of communications through different departments and varied communication viechle to different stakeholders (perspective and existing teachers as well as educational institutions etc.).
3. Conduct town-hall meetings to our existing teachers.
4. Review or be part of sensitive communications (e.g. mandatory performance review).
5. Build a sense of community among the teachers through social media and engagement events.
