Develop and execute AIA’s enterprise-wide Content and Channels strategies, working collaboratively across the business

• Develop and execute AIA’s enterprise-wide Content and Channels strategies, working collaboratively across the business
• Lead the development of AIA’s core corporate narrative and priority messaging platform and oversee its consistent rollout across all communication channels and brand touchpoints, including aligned narratives across Investor Relations, ESG, etc

• Draft and maintain the corporate narrative and messaging framework, bringing a fresh perspective to development of compelling, authentic stories that will engage AIA stakeholders

• Editorial management -- managing the writing and editorial process as relevant to the chosen communication channel
• Develop and integrate the use of a centralised digital ‘content hub’ that will operate as the central platform for the delivery of AIA’s communications to internal and external audiences
• Strengthen AIA’s social media capability and presence – working across the markets and with the Marketing team to establish social media architecture, governance and messaging that will best position AIA
• Manage corporate content on the AIA corporate website and providing guidance to the market-based communication teams about the corporate content requirements of their market-based websites
• Provide multimedia and design services to the communications function and its internal stakeholders
• Develop and manage the AIA Tone of Voice and writing guidelines.
