You manage the technical team and lead them for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

• What you will be doing:
  • Inspire the team by setting clear policies & procedures and conducting proper trainings
  • Ensure to follow the brand's standards and procedures conducting all works
  • Follow cost reducion initiatives while maintaining the quality of purchases to align with the budget
  • Ensure the safety of the team making sure that all safety requirements are met
  • Supervise all works done making sure the guidelines are followed

• • Your experience and skills include:
    • Relevant hotel maintenance experience is required
    • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
    • Highly responsible & reliable
    • Effective communicator and able to delegate work efficiently
