Job Title

He/she holds the technical and administrative overall responsibilities of all machinery, technical systems, plants, energy, etc. of the entire Hotel site. Strong accent is to be given to the technical service towards the guest as a prime goal and to maintain and develop the attitude of the related staff as a second.

Close co-ordination between all related departments as well as to his technical superior from the Mövenpick Head Office facilitates his/her task. A strong accent has to be given to preventive maintenance and to relevant programs.

What you will be doing:

• Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implementing best practice engineering methods.
• Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management.
• Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies.
• Presenting budgets and plans.
• Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency.

Your experience and skills include:

We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:

• BSC Degree or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Team player
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members
• Has lots of initiative, assertiveness and is innovative
