Job Description
International K-12 school
Requirements:
1.Education: Minimum of Bachelors degree in related subject (Education, Linguistics, TESOL, etc). Master degree is preferred.
2.Teaching Qualifications: Education based degree and/or iPGCE / PGCE required. QTS/Teaching License preferred.
3.Solid understanding of ELT theory and principles.
4.Demonstrable experience in Primary Education in an international context.
5.Experience leading a diverse team of international educators.
6.Knowledge of HR Policies & Recruitment Practices, Curriculum Design, Academic Programm Management and Leading teacher Trainings and workshops.
7.Strong communication skills. Needs to prioritize and communicate with staff from multiple departments.
8.A2 level of Chinese is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for recruitment and retention of local and International English teachers within the Primary English Department.
2.Managing the Curriculum Design & Assessments for whole department, including class observation, teacher evaluation and guidance, etc.
3.Oversee Training and Development of Primary English team.
4.Formulate Department Budget and Annual Plan / Department Calendar.
5.Plan and deliver English activities in Primary School.
6.Working closely with Principals and Directors to deliver on school wide goals and initiatives.
7.Participate the regular admission activities for student’s recruitment.
8.Attend weekly Executive meetings and provide guidance for school activities coordination.
9.Maintain high satisfaction rate about the evaluation of English Academic studies from parents.
