• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline with professional accounting qualification(s)

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with early training at Big 4 audit firm and 8+ years of   MNC companies. 

• 5+ years of company secretarial experience in professional firms. 

• Professional qualification of Qualified Company Secretary is recommended

• Proven experience in finance leadership roles, with a focus on regional finance operations

• In-depth knowledge of financial consolidation, audit, tax, treasury management, and M&L fees within these specific jurisdictions.

• Demonstrated good experience in company secretarial matters, including board minutes, agreements, annual returns, and notarization, adhering to the legal requirements of each region.

• Strong understanding of FP&A operations, financial analysis, and reporting in diverse markets.

• Solid experience and familiar with oversea taxation and regulations

• A mature professional with strong commercial acumen and good leadership and people management skills

• Good command of written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
