The incumbent is a key member of the HKYWCA’s senior management team responsible for the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting, Information Technology Management, Administration & Procurement functions of the whole organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the finance strategy in support of the Vision, Mission and service development of the organization
• Lead the financial planning, budgeting and tracking of the financial position of the organization
• Optimize the financial resources of the organization and drive the momentum for continuous improvements of the financial systems, procedures and control
• Prepare timely the financial reports and analysis including the consolidated financial statement, balance sheet and cash flow projections with insight
• Oversee external audit processes, ensure compliance with the legal and accounting principles and requirements of the funding bodies and adequate internal controls are in place
• Responsible for the smooth running and service delivery of the Finance Department, Information System Department, Administration & Procurement Department, staff supervision, training and development

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant or equivalent with Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 10 years experience in Financial Management, Accounting and Information Technology Management
• Possess solid Financial Management experience, master key Information Technology trend
• Strong leadership, analytical mind and excellent problem solving ability
• Mature, unquestioned integrity, objectivity and independence
• Excellent command of both written and oral English, Chinese/Cantonese
• Prior experience in charitable organization or Welfare sector an advantage
