•Preparation of monthly management accounts including Profit and Loss account, balance sheet, financial reports, forecasting of profits
•Preparation for budget, audit, taxes reports, payment deadlines
•Supervision of Income Audit, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, purchasing department
•Ensure compliance with all departmental/company procedures
•Contribute in the development of business strategy in line with the hotel business plan and objectives
•Set-up the USALI standard for hotel accounting practices
Work Experience
•Tertiary education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
•5 years' experience in comparable roles
•Certified Advanced Diplomat in Accounting & Business (ACCA - F1 to F9)
•Demonstrated in-depth understanding of accounting and business concepts to create reports, P&L report, budget, track growth and measure progress
•Strong analytical, outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation
•Proficient in using Excel pivot tables, vlook-up, power point, Sun Accouting System
•Commercially astute, highly motivated, positive and proactive attitude.
•Sociable team player who enjoys working collaboratively in an open and supportive environment
•Reliable, level headed and able to ensure continuous improvement through your ability to think outside the box, inspired by challenging projects
•Highly organized, strict on standards,, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
•Fluency in Khmer and English, both written and spoken
•Experience in Cambodia 4 or 5 stars hotel
