Job Description
Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of F&B Department, adhere to hotel policies & procedures.
Ensure guest services and products are delivered according to the standard to meet and exceed guest expectations.

 

Fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) are developed.
Ensure the team can maximize productivity and morale, consistently maintain discipline following hotel guidelines and local legislation.
Respond to changes in the F&B Department as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
