• Manages the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Develop exceptional levels of customer service.
• Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team.
• Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
• Be environmentally aware.
Work Experience
• Minimum of 3 years previous experience within the luxury hotels/resorts with multiple restaurants, bar and banquet experience.
• Be proactive, innovative and adaptable to the new normal services, and the ability to problem-solve and exceptional strong leadership skills.
• Possess excellent forecasting and budgeting skills.
• Have a good understanding of inventory management systems.
• Have great verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
