Job Description

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Minimum 3 years experience as DOFB in a 5-star hotel.

Proven track record in managing a multi-million dollar, high volume, multi-outlet & banqueting F&B operations.
Excellent leadership, communication & team development skills. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Creative, energetic, “Out of the Box” thinker who is passionate about all things F&B

Knowledge of Japanese language or prior experience in Japan highly preferred.
An excellent command of English is required
