Job Description

Director of Food and Beverage
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
- To ensure that all Food and Beverage forms and reports to be forwarded to the Area Food and Beverage Department are submitted properly
- To maintain all hotel records and forms as prescribed by Sofitel hotel management and policies
- To be able to plan ahead (is pro-active instead of reactive)
- To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized
- To control expenses wisely
- 确保所有转交给餐饮部门的餐饮的表格和报告都按时递交了。
- 按照索菲特酒店管理规定和政策,维护所有酒店记录和文件。
- 能够提前做好计划(积极主动,而不是被动做事)。
- 随时更新与财务业绩(预算与实际), 并确保销售额和利润最大化。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
- Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified.
- Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures.
- Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to
- provide for the security and safety of guests and Ambassadors.
- Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly
- applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.
- Ensure all Ambassadors within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others.
