Director of Food and Beverage (Station in Macau)

Job Description

       Responsibilities:

-              Oversee and direct all aspects of the food and beverage operation to ensure compliance with standard;
-              Oversee the preparation and update of Standard Operating Procedures to make sure efficient delivery of services;
-              Develop and implement strategies for the operation of all outlets to achieve a profitable result;
-              Effectively plans, organizes, prioritizes and assigns food and beverage activities;
-              Maintain consistently high standards of customer services;
-              Evaluate service quality and service levels regularly and implement strategies to improve areas of concern;
-              Establish and achieve all revenues and cost budgets set for food and beverage;
-              Develop and implement menu offerings and pricing strategy based on competition, market trends and costs.
-              Monitors food and beverage quality and portion control;
-              Ensure all guest and internal customer complaints are resolved in a quick and efficient manner;
-              Provide coaching & monitoring the performance of employee as well as to maintain a team of highly motivated workforce;
-              Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
 
Requirements:
-          Minimum 5 years of solid experience in food and beverage management;
-          Strong management and operations executional ability;
-          Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills;
-          Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
