外教学监职责
The responsibilities of the Director of Foreign Teachers

1.Teaching 教学
a.Teach 6 Classes every week.
每周6节外教课。
b.Manage teaching 课程管理
i.Set teacher schedules 安排外教课程
ii.Observe classes and give direction for improvement 听课并对课程进行指导
iii.Review teaching plans and advise for adjustments 检查外教教案并给出修改意见
iv.Develop and execute teacher training 外教培训
2.Marketing / Recruitment 招生及招聘
a.Participate in and coordinate foreign teacher assistance to the student recruitment department 协调外教并参与学校的招生活动
b.Promote SFLS at in and out of school functions 校内校外的学生宣传活动
c.Teacher recruitment /interviews / selections 教师招聘与面试
3.Administrative 行政类工作
a.Attend / facilitate departmental and school-wide meetings 参加部门及学校各类会议
b.Manage daily operations 管理日常工作
i.Interdepartmental 部门日常工作
ii.Communications and collaborations with ALL other school departments 保持与学校其他部门的沟通与联系
iii.Translations - assist school-wide in proofing and correction of all language translations 翻译——协助学校各类资料的翻译
4.Educational Research 教研
a.Curriculum development – coordinate & direct 外教学科课程发展——协调与指导
b.Research teaching practices for school curriculum development and integration into SFLS teaching mode 结合学校的教学模式，研究促进学校课程发展的教学实践
c.Organize teaching research projects for International Department staff to execute 组织外研中心的教研活动

Foreign teacher proctor qualification requirements

1. Nationality: English speaking countries such as UK, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand
2. Age: 40 years old and above
3. Degree: Education, Linguistics, Management, Psychology, etc
4. Education: Master degree or above
5. Experience: 10 years teaching experience and 3 years management experience

1. Salary: The annual salary of the academic supervisor is 250,000 to 300,000 yuan (after tax)
Annual salary for associate proctors: 200,000 to 250,000 (after tax)
