#### Position Description:
Director - Global Account (GA) Data Centre Group (DCG) role include leading a
team of DCG managers and sellers, working with Global Account Managers, ISR,
Presales, Solutions sales. Lead end to end identifying to closing key DCG
opportunity in Lenovo Global Accounts in Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities:
\- Develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations within
your assigned Lenovo Global Account Territories.
\- Acquire new customers, new workload within global accounts
\- Schedule and attend sales call appointments with a prospect.
\- Utilize a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospect and
develop a formal presentation addressing business needs.
\- Respond to RFP's and follow up with prospects.
\- Assisted in delivery of high quality solutions to clients in response to
specific business requirements.
\- Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and
new prospects.
\- Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline
information.
\- Provide, or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.
\- Provide product feedback back to engineering to design complete business
solutions.
\- Develop technical skills and absorbs professional knowledge quickly.
\- Call into C-levels and lead conversations with key IT decision makers.
#### Position Requirements:
• Minimum of 10-15 years of customer facing sales experience with CxO
• Experience and successful track record in running Global Account, Large
Enterprise accounts
• Ability to own and run business across regions and ability to manage and
communicate with matrix organizations
• Experience in running 100Mil per year business is preferable
• Successful experience working in both large and small/emerging company
environments
• Ability to articulate current technology trend and directions
• Successful track record of introducing new product(s) into the IT market,
executing business development, ramping pipeline, and closing meaningful
business
• Strong communications and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
