Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Director of Global HR IT will report to the VP Business & Enterprise Platforms and partner with the HR Business Partners and People Operations Team.  The role will be key in supporting the global rollout of a new Dynamics 365 HR solution and then being responsible for the ongoing adoption, run and development of the SaaS HR platform.


Key Responsibilities:
* Director for all HR IT matters relating to the Dynamics 365 HR IT platform at RWS.  Manage the core team supporting the Dynamics 365 HR IT component of the solution.
* Partner with RWS IT functions, such as Provisioning, Finance, Data Analytics to ensure HR IT is fully integrated and operational at RWS.
* Partner with the HR Operations and HR Business Partners to provide the operational run support for D365 HR IT.  (e.g Core HR, Compensation, Leave & Absence, Performance Management, Payroll interfaces etc.)
* Provide ongoing internal consulting services to the HR Business Partners & Operations team 
* Manage delivery of systems enhancements to the wider business, balancing return on investment, with product capabilities, high quality and product upgrades/releases.
* Develop and maintain HR system reporting capabilities, out of the box and with customizations to meet Global HR leadership & operation’s needs.
* Work with Finance and other RWS teams to ensure the HR IT platform is compliant with RWS Data Governance principles, GDPR and other legal/regulatory audit requirements.
* Subject Matter expert for all HT IT matters, providing thought leadership and guidance to HR, IT and the wider RWS business.
* Support the rollout of D365 releases to migrate RWS users off legacy HR IT platforms onto the new D365 solution.
* Provide the HR IT leadership into the programme team during phases of the HR IT releases (Integrations (including Payroll), Business Change, Training, UAT, Cutover, Hypercare)


Skills & Experience:
* Global experience of running a SaaS HR IT solution. (30+ countries; (5,000+ employees; multiple interfaces into primary IT systems such as ERP’s, IT Provisioning, Payroll)
* Deep Functional and Technical knowledge of foundational SaaS HR capabilities; Position Management; Role Based Permissions; Payroll Interfaces; Leave & Absence/Timesheeting; Hire to Retire; Onboarding & Provisioning; Compensation solutions;        Learning; Recruitment)
* Proven delivery experience of SaaS HR projects and programmes, working with 3rd party integrators in a project delivery environment, or in house teams.  (Global Design; Configuration; Data Migration; Integrations; Training; UAT; Cutover) 
* Developing relationships with 3rd party software providers, licensing, roadmaps, product feature / module management.
* Operational responsibility running a global HR IT SaaS solution, into IT and HR leadership teams.
* Experience of managing GDPR, People Data, Regulatory and compliance matters relating to HR IT.
* Experience of Microsoft Dynamics365 HR IT, implementation and run is strongly preferred.
