Supervise the entire process from mining to export (testing, packaging, transportation), coordinating air logistics from Africa to Hong Kong.

Trade Negotiation & Contract Execution

Lead negotiations for FCO (Formal Corporate Offer) and SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement), ensuring compliance with international standards.

Manage payment processes (LC, TT) and track fund settlement and delivery.

Compliance & Risk Management
• •
Ensure all transaction documents are complete (Certificate of Origin, Export License, Assay Report, etc.) to mitigate smuggling or money laundering risks.
• •
Familiarity with African mining regulations and Hong Kong gold market policies; handle customs clearance and taxation matters.

Market Analysis & Business Development

Monitor international gold price fluctuations and develop dynamic pricing strategies (e.g., CIF-based pricing).
• •
Expand buyer networks in Asia (China) and Hong Kong, maintaining long-term partnerships.
Mandatory Requirements:

5+ years of experience in African gold/precious metals trading, with expertise in key production regions.
• •
Deep understanding of the gold supply chain (mining → testing → refining → export), including gold purity testing (fire assay) and international trade terms (CIF, LC, etc.).

Established connections with mining/trading companies (miners, refineries, financiers).
• •
Ability to independently draft English contracts (FCO/SPA).
• •
Preference given to candidates with study/work experience in China.
