Job Description

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director of Rooms, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             

• Oversee the daily operation of Housekeeping to ensure a memorable guest experience 
• Constantly leading, coaching and mentoring the entire Housekeeping Team to offer professional, friendly and engaging service, while ensure guest concerns are handled and resolved quickly to ensure speedy and personalized resolution to create outstanding guest satisfaction
• Work closely with all other departments & Divisions within the property, i.e., Accounting, Sales, Spa, F&B, Front Office etc. to ensure that there is a high degree of focus on Teamwork and that processes are always being reviewed to ensure we are easy to do business with.
• Oversee financial aspects for the department i.e., budget, payroll, inventory etc.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous luxury hotel Housekeeping leadership experience required
• Previous Property Management System experience required
• Previous  union experience  required
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Highly responsible & reliable, accountable for the strategic leadership of a division
