Position Summary 职位概述

Toensure the smooth and efficient running of Human Resources Department.Responsible for the total Human Resourcesfunction of the hotel. To establish and maintain excellent team memberrelations and morale to achieve a high standard of team member performance inline with Hilton’s guest satisfaction objectives, as well as the hotel’sbusiness and strategic plans. Create and maintain a hotel culture that providesthe environment required to meet the visions.

保证人力资源部顺利有效运作，全面负责酒店的人力资源功能；建立及保持良好的员工关系和士气，以提高员工服务标准达到集团客人满意目标及完成酒店的商业战略计划。创造良好的企业文化，达到集团宗旨要求。

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求 ：

1. F luent in written and spoken English.

英文书写及口语流利。

2.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

良好口头及书面沟通技巧。

3.Good relationship with the local labor bureau and government agencies.

与本地劳动局及政府机关保持良好关系。

4.Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws.

熟悉国家及本地法律。

5.Thorough knowledge of salary, employment and benefits administration and payroll.

6.Must possess basic computational ability.

7.Ability to lead, to provide guidance and to develop team member.

8.Ability to train, motivate, evaluate, mentor and direct team members and managers to meet desired ends.

Required Qualifications 必要的资历要求 ：

1. University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.大学本科，良好的中英文读写 能力。

2. 3 or 5 years of extensive human resources experience .三至五年相关人力资源管理经验。

Preferred Qualifications

更高的资历要求 ：

1.Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.

具有策略性、创造性及灵活性。

2.Line operations management and labor related experiencepreferred.

有运作部门工作经验者将被优先考虑。
