Director of IT
Director of IT - Hotel Branch (Universal Studio)
JOB SUMMARY
Base on Corporate/Regional office standard, Directs and develops the strategic approach for all aspects of IT functions at BIRC. Establish and deploy policies, procedures, assessments actions to ensure that entire IT systems fulfill function requirement, Oversee resources at both the daily operation and project levels to maximize IT productivity and meet business satisfaction.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Base on long time system development technology and experience, as well as timely, cost effective manner on new technology awareness to Direct the overall IT strategy, ensure IT service meet Senior Management team and staff expectations.
- Determines organization structure required to effectively implement the IT system for the company, Directs the team that designs and implements IT systems to fulfill business requirement, and provide necessary training and career development opportunity.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders and leaders from various divisions to influence the system adoption and resolve the concerning on IT systems, improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversees the capital procurement, vendor qualification and contract management, to ensure follow company policy and budget under control.
- Leads special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None.
EXPERIENCE:
- Over ten years related experience, strategic insight, dependent and innovation management capability.
- Big multi property management and project management experience.
- Very good English communication and writing capability.
