It’s only fitting that one of Australia’s most iconic beaches, Manly has a hotel that truly speaks to the essence of Manly’s spirit. That’s where Manly Pacific comes in, following a $20M+ facelift, Manly Pacific is undergoing a complete makeover, and she is absolutely stunning.

Before revealing her amazing look to the world, she is looking for an empowered and passionate hospitality professional to be the right-hand person to the General Manager.  As our next Director of Lifestyle, you will lead the operational areas of our property ensuring the guest experience is to global iconic standards, drawing inspiration from classic urban beachside destinations, such as Miami and Santa Monica.

In a nutshell, you will:

  • Understand and deliver exemplary lifestyle Guest Experiences
  • Maintain immaculate outlet presentation
  • Be sales focused, create and lead the team to execute revenue initiatives
  • Embrace diversity, sustainability and wellbeing, inspiring our team to be in balance
  • Support hotel brand activations and ensure smooth delivery and execution
  • Consistently strive to deliver a superior level of guest service

  • Are creative, a little playful and most definitely, you are not afraid to take risks, you actually love trying new things and testing boundaries and rules.
  • Have solid experience leading within lifestyle/luxe hotels, a strong understanding of their operations and business acumen.
