About Our Team Our team is part of Infrastructure Solution Group’s Strategy Office, responsible for coordinating Market Intelligence and business strategy formulation, both short and long term. Our team is small but deliver strong value to the ISG leadership team, and we are excited to have an Analyst join us, who is keen to contribute towards this mission. What You Will Do In the Director, Market Intelligence role, you will be the single end to end owner for all activities related to reporting ISG results, assessing the competitive, technology, and geographical landscape, and creating annual and five year market forecasts.  You will be required to use multiple internal and external quantitative and qualitative data points to create the ISG market perspective.  In addition, you will be responsible for ongoing transformation and automation of our market intelligence data gathering, analysis, and presentation/visualization. Who You’ll Work With In this role, you will work with several internal constituencies, including our senior leadership team, finance, supply chain, and sales & marketing.  In addition, you will be responsible for interacting with and forging strong relationship with our research/analyst community, key suppliers, and strategic partners. You will act as a trusted partner and advisor to these teams. #### Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: • 10+ years industry experience in a market or business intelligence role • Strong technical understanding of server, storage, and SW architectures • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, data science, or a related field • Familiarity with data collection/analysis/modelling and visualization tools. Examples include SQL, Hadoop, Python, R, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and Excel • Knowledge in executing data analytics. Examples include Regression, Decision Trees, and Clustering • Strong communication skills a must; Ability to clearly present data to decision makers • Proven track record forging and developing strong relationship with key partners/suppliers, etc. Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Data Science • Superior thought leadership and influencing / collaboration skills • Interpersonal/teaming skills appropriate to a cross-cultural, international work environment • Willingness to work across time zones and cultures Why Lenovo?
