The Director, Marketing Communications is responsible for the managing the design, creation, implementation, and evaluation of global marketing communications programs including messaging, media planning and collateral creation to support marketing and sales teams. The Director, Marketing Communications works with a cross-functional team and provides communications leadership in: Lead and direct that activities of a Marketing Communications team in the execution of global communications, as well as global congresses and events. Develop and lead the execution of global marketing communications strategies and campaigns Create and deploy global integrated marketing communications (IMC) plans for business unit products and solutions Provide leadership for the support of CV franchise launch campaigns and branding Design and drive global marketing communications programs, congresses and events to meet established marketing objectives Consistently cascade positioning and messaging across targeted internal and external audiences Collaborate with regional marketing and commercial teams to build and maintain continuous communications. Serve as a communications consultant to business groups Track and analyze communication program results; implement improvements based on insights learned Interfaces with stakeholders and corporate teams to drive promotion of critical assets Budget planning and management Vendor and communications/creative agency management Stays abreast of industry leading communication practices Within a complex matrix business environment, utilize exceptional project management skills to consistently deliver projects on-time and within budget Professionally interface with upper management and global colleagues Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS Communications or equivalent Some travel is required – 20% Strong written and verbal communication skills: English speaker Strong negotiator, creative thinker, strategic planner Collaborative team player 10+ years of related business experience. The pay range for this position in Issaquah, WA is $190,000 - $220,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical location.
