GROUP/DIVISION SUMMARY
The Director of Marketing & Strategy is part of the Single Use Technologies (SUT) business in our BioProduction Division (BPD). SUT is growing and expanding rapidly as these technologies come into more broad application across development, clinical and commercial drug manufacturing. Our flexible and rigid consumables business is paired with our hardware and controls enabling our customers to drive faster biologics development, reduce time to market and implement more efficient and flexible manufacturing.
POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, you will lead the global Market & Strategy function for SUT supporting the entire breadth of the product line from flexible and rigid solutions to automation, control, and hardware. You will own the strategic planning, market development, and content for SUT in close collaboration with the broader market and strategy teams across the division and all regions. You will work closely with marketing-based data science functions across the company to provide key insights and set direction for SUT.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall value proposition and strategy for SUT
- Owns and drives SUT strategy and aligns with Division on STRAP
- Drives collaboration with Commercial, R&D, Field applications and other functions to drive growth.
- Collaborates and leverages divisional and regional marketing and strategy teams for sales enablement
- Owns marketing content and drives marketing qualified lead generation
- Drives all marketing aspects of new product introductions to support launch dates per PCP commitments
- Collaborates with Division to enable data analytics for SUT, including leveraging Molecule Intelligence
- Owns Technical Documentation and associated processes
- BA/BS in Marketing, Engineering, or Business discipline
- Experience with equipment & consumables in bioproduction
- Minimum 10 years combined experience in Marketing, Strategy, or Product Management roles
- Experience with developing and deploying strategy
- Proven ability to communicate the value proposition
- Demonstrated ability to define a market strategy; able to execute against a robust growth strategy, considering various metrics and data inputs
- Demonstrated ability to segment customers and tailor solutions across portfolio
- Demonstrated ability to function in a highly matrixed environment and deliver results with indirect influence
- Familiarity with data science-based approach to market assessment and customer behavior
- Executive presence & strong presentation skills
- Strong talent management and people development skills
