Director of Operations

You will be responsible to oversee the full operational aspects of the hotel. With proven senior management experience, you will assist in maximizing the efficiency of the company’s operations and contribute to its growth.

Tasks you will be performing including but not limited to:

• Setting clear strategies to achieve the objectives set by the company.
• Working closely with the executive management to establish plans for the enhancement and growth of the company.
• Lead and assist the operations team in achieving set goals.
• Ensure the policies and procedures are followed.
• Analyze the business trends and assess them to advise for any possible improvements.
• Identify risks proactively and set guidelines for proper workflow.
• Ensure the team has all required resources available to achieve set budget.
• Evaluate results achieved and assess quality of all processes through data analysis and related metrics.

 

 

Your experience and skills include:

• Relevant experience in a premium hotel in the same post.
• Good communication and delegation skills.
• Detail oriented with strong leadership qualities.
• Opening experience in a premium hotel is an asset.
