As Director of Operations of this iconic 416 room, food and beverage centric hotel, you would responsible for the delivery of both 5-star accommodation and culinary service excellence.

Your team and working environment:
The Sofitel Brisbane Central is centrally located within the heart of Brisbane City. The hotel’s 416 elegantly appointed rooms and suites are complemented by the finest personal luxuries to make this one of Brisbane’s best accommodation experiences. The hotel features a number of exquisite and extravagant food & beverage outlets, two fitness centres, a Day Spa and fully flexible event spaces for up to 1100 delegates.
What you will be doing:
- Delivering on the Sofitel brand promise in all interactions
- Ensuring the smooth, efficient and profitable day to day operations of Rooms and Food & Beverage departments.
- Delivering on the Accor Live Limitless loyalty promise
- Maintaining operational systems and championing new and innovative ways to do business.
- Train, coach and develop the operational team at all levels
- Take responsibility for the operation of the property in the absence of the General Manager.

Your experience and skills include:
- Previous strategic-level management experience in a large, luxury environment
- Detailed knowledge and experience in Rooms and Food & Beverage operations
- Extensive working knowledge of OPERA PMS and MICROS POS
- Availability to work nights and weekends in accordance with operational requirements
