The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for a Director of Outlets to join this iconic hotel!
Since 1955, the hotel has hosted memorable moments etched in history from dazzling red carpet events to celebrity galas and we want you to be a part of the team who combines the excitement and entertainment of Hollywood with the prestige of Beverly Hills.
This Forbes 4-Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 square of feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a lounge, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will oversee three (3) food and beverage outlets (Circa 55, lobby lounge, and in-room dining) managing a team of 40+ and reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and exceptional leader with a passion for creating unique experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and the ability to inspire innovation. At least three (3) years of food and beverage management experience in a high-volume and upscale environment is required. Prior union management experience is a plus.

What will I be doing?
As a Director of Outlets, you would be responsible for assisting in the direction and organization of activities and services of all hotel food and beverage outlets (Circa 55, the Lobby Lounge & Barista Bar, and In-Room Dining) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage and develop wine and beverage programs, sales (retail & on-premise) and food/wine pairing opportunities for banquet and outlets.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
- Utilize strong leadership skills to train, manage, and develop team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Recruit, interview and train team members
