Job Responsibilities of Overseas Marketing Director
Take full charge of the overall planning and strategic development of the company's overseas markets. Conduct in-depth research on global market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor analysis. Develop 0-to-1 overseas market expansion strategies and implementation plans by integrating the company's products and business characteristics.
Lead the formulation and execution of overseas GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies, covering key areas such as product positioning, target market selection, pricing strategies, channel development, and brand promotion. Ensure successful market entry and recognition of products in overseas markets.
Establish and manage a high-performance overseas marketing team. Be responsible for recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation of team members to enhance overall professional capabilities and execution. Foster a positive team atmosphere.
Expand and maintain overseas partnership networks, including agents, distributors, media, KOLs, etc. Build a broad overseas market resource network to enhance the brand's awareness and influence in international markets.
Monitor the effectiveness of overseas marketing campaigns, analyze market data and feedback, and timely adjust marketing strategies and promotion plans to ensure the achievement of the company's overseas sales targets and brand-building goals.
Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors related to marketing, international trade, foreign languages, etc. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as the working language.
At least 5 years of experience in overseas marketing, with over 3 years in overseas marketing management. Proven success in 0-to-1 overseas market expansion cases. Familiarity with overseas marketing strategies and operational models, and rich experience in GTM planning and execution.
Possess keen market insight, strategic planning capabilities, and decision-making skills. Ability to accurately identify overseas market opportunities and risks, and formulate scientific and reasonable marketing strategies.
Excellent team management, communication, coordination, and cross-cultural communication skills. Ability to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to promote the smooth development of overseas business.
Strong stress resistance and adaptability, able to adapt to overseas business trips and work in different cultural environments.
