#Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Director of Performing Arts (with a Music specialism) to join. The successful candidate will hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/PGCE) and have a proven track record of teaching within a British international school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the development of Music and Performing Arts across the school.
Deliver high-quality teaching of the British curriculum (e.g., IGCSE, A-Level) to inspire students of all ages in Music.
Lead, manage, and support the Performing Arts team, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
Direct and oversee a dynamic programme of co-curricular activities, including choirs, orchestras, ensembles, and major school productions.
Ensure the highest standards of student achievement, monitoring progress and supporting all learners.
Manage the Performing Arts department resources, including budgets, facilities, and instrumental provisions.
