As an Execution Manager you will be responsible for leading the execution of the client post Si programs for Intel client CPU's. You will be responsible for the engineering activities of post-Si product development, plan the work, direct activities of the engineering functions, provide resources to meet quality, cost and schedule for Intel's mainstream client products.

You will be the focal point for the manufacturing organizations - Fabrication factories as well as the Assembly and Test factories to make sure all are aligned on product goals.

You will be the focal point for the engineering teams from pre-Si (design) to post-Si (validation and platform) in the march of the product to production.

You will identify and analyze problems, plans, tasks and solutions in the post-Si product development domain.

You will lead the program management teams to drive the schedule definition for the products developed by Intel - from high level schedule to task-based schedule, encompassing the entire engineering teams.

You will be the decision maker on technical and priority conflicts throughout the life cycle of the product.

You will cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms and behaviors, while building a strong leadership team to manage the day-to-day work.

You will orchestrate and align the work of the different engineering teams in the product development organization.

You will coach and mentor junior and senior leaders in the organization.

You will own the labs organization and define on-going capabilities improvement for the local engineering labs, execute them and lead the day-to-day operation of the labs work.

You will drive the execution planning, including capacity and capital planning and multi-year budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in leading complex products in the post-Si domain
• Ability to lead engineering teams and product management teams from Pre-Silicon to EOL (End-of-Life)
• Experience in working with multinational teams, Engineering and Execution.
