Specific Responsibilities:
 Director- Oversee all areas of two divisions: Product Testing and Quality Control
 Communication Head- Work with overseas team to communicate testing standards on a wide range of consumer products including children’s toys, jewelry, packaging, home appliances, and electronics.
 Process Design- Use Six Sigma and LEAN concepts to create new processes in testing procedure and quality inspections.
 Product Conformance- Ensure, maintain and report product conformance to specifications through inspection of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods inventories.
 Hiring and Training- Responsible for the selection, and motivation of 20 subordinates.
 Supplier Assurance- Develop vendor auditing system to ensure over 100 vendors per year are in accordance with company rules of compliance

 Ability to manage multiple projects, constantly shifting priorities.
 Demonstrated skills in root cause corrective action and audit techniques.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Education/Experience:
 A minimum of 15 years of experience in product testing, quality control, and process improvement.
 A minimum of 8 years of management experience in product testing, quality control, process improvement.
 Six Sigma and LEAN certification desirable, but not required.
 Fluent English a must, spoken Mandarin a plus.
