As a Director of Quality, you will be responsible for the effectiveness, maintenance and continuous improvement of the regional CS Headquarters Americas processes as part of the global CS Quality Management System. As Head of the CS QT AM team you will represent CS QT AM internally within CS AM, act as the regional QT interface to BA/BLs/HZ and Countries/Zones for CS quality related topics You will ensure regulatory compliance to our CS processes as well as for all our CS service offerings You will manage the CS QT AM process support; drive global QT process ownership for globally aligned processes while ensuring quality targets You will lead the local audit management in alignment with the CS global audit plan for internal, external and supplier audits as well as participate in audits You will support our CS strategy and contribute to continuous (process) improvement You act as a role-model to live HPS and our SHS New Ambition priorities You will support the Countries in the AM region in the implementation of ARTDs This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have excellent knowledge of Quality and Process Management requirements relevant for Siemens Healthineers worldwide medical device business (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820 QSR, EU MDR) You are an experienced auditor with the supporting qualification (according to ISO 19011) You have been a committed leader of a quality or regulatory team You have been able to gain knowledge and experience of Siemens Healthineers business and products, specifically with Customer Service processes Required skills to have for the success of this role Master’s degree or equivalent experience with several years of experience as Quality Manger in the medical device environment. Excellent analytic skills, organizational and quality orientation with focus on results Strong process and change management skills across functions and sites, supported by a learning aptitude Showing a high flexibility by self-prioritization of projects and tasks under changing job requirements Team- und project management capabilities, with a given ability to motivate Sovereign handling of (internal) customers and supplier (also in difficult situations) Strong intercultural sensitivity and collaboration Excellent communicational skills Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
