Job Description

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

English proficiency, Basic Japanese preferred.
Minimum 3 year experience in revenue management
Previous experience in large sized upscale hotel will be advantage
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Thorough knowledge of TARS,GDS and all distribution systems. ORS knowledge an advantage.
Sound knowledge of revenue management tools as well as Hotel PMS, Price Trackers and Channel Managers.
Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with Owners and stakeholders.
Team player and active contributor.
 Through knowledge of revenue management system such as EZRMS/Idea
Accuracy and attention to detail
 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Reports directly to General Manager
Responsible for on time accurate reporting, month end commentary, strategic planning, budgets, tracking and analysis of competitive set pricing / yield strategies.
Implements revenue strategy recommendations on a daily basis, planning update, distribution channel monitoring, pricing adjustment and group quotes.
Drive Market Share (RGI) and Revenue Performance through pricing and mix management
Maintain short/ long term revenue forecasts.
Facilitate and lead revenue strategy meetings
Provides day to day leadership to  Distribution and Reservation Team
